Introducing AVOD Service

For several years Blim TV was a Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD) service. In this phase, a new way of monetizing the service was introduced: AVOD. The introduction of Advertising Video on Demand (AVOD) created two types of subscriptions: Basic and Premium. Numerous changes were implemented involving the users' relation with the service and the company's financial goals.
